Long Form Tai Chi is the most recognized and practiced aspect of Tai Chi. It is a series of continuous and
flowing postures designed to increase health and facilitate a relaxation response. Long Form Tai Chi is a
great way to introduce yourself to the art of Tai Chi and it's benefits.

Temple Tai Chi : Qigong and Two Person Practice

Mondays 6 pm to 7:30 pm
Temple Tai Chi places a particular emphasis on moving mediation 'solo' forms and the understanding of
Tai Chi principles. Qigong (chi work) and Two Person Practice are used to deepen the practitioner's
understanding of Tai Chi, and themselves.

Traditional and Customized Sessions
Because of the intimate connection we are trying to achieve with our mind and body, Tai Chi has
been traditionally taught one on one. Paducah Tai Chi offers this traditional instruction as well as
customized instruction for those with particular concerns and needs. Traditional sessions offer an
optimal setting for clients to meet their goals, as the lessons are tailored to fit the pace of the
individual.
